Submissions must be made online through the tourism website and include a clear event description, a high‑quality image (see image size requirements), location, date and time, and organizer contact information.
Select the appropriate category (e.g., Music, Festivals, Art Shows).
Submit events at least 30 days in advance; submissions received with less than 30 days’ notice may not be advertised.
If you do not have high‑quality photos, contact the tourism office to arrange photography services. Use proper grammar and punctuation.
We do not accept: restaurant or business promotions, sales, group meetings, garage or estate sales, religious events (unless a special church event provides tourism or economic benefit, such as a community festival or youth night), political events, or members‑only events.
